The project is an international exhibition center and is located in the city of Shanghai. The building consists of 3 radially arranged parallel concrete sculptural strips that smoothly merge with the ground. The strips are lined with the same stone pavement as that of the square surrounding the building in order to reinforce the concept of the fusion of land and building. The space between the strips is glazed. Exhibition halls for contemporary art, a cafe, a restaurant, a conference hall, a souvenir shop and other service premises are planned in the building.
