The complex consists of two parts – a 220 meters high body created for office space and residential functions and a low body with large area designed for conference meetings, exhibitions and shopping area. The concept is to create one large sculptural volume, designed from thousands of simple cubes, each one to be a residential or office unit, forming the main structure. The building is divided into 3 parts, connected with green terraces in between that would give to the visitors an enjoyable sense of the nature and even make them feel like they are in a real jungle. In addition, the breaches will allow the people that will be standing on the terraces to see the magnificent view of Vitosha Mountain. Some parts of the facade panels will be landscaped.
