ARBORA is a boutique residential building where structure and natural environment exist in complete synergy. The architecture is defined by a strong vertical articulation — a rhythmic sequence of timber frames that shape the façade and establish a distinctive architectural identity. These volumetric elements not only define the building’s silhouette but also function as passive solar shading devices, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. The architectural composition evokes the impression that the building is an organic extension of the terrain — as if it has grown from the ground like a tree, following the natural rhythm and verticality of the surrounding forest.
The vertical lines recall tree trunks, while their sculptural upward expansion reinforces the association with canopies reaching toward the light. The use of natural materials — timber, glass, and vegetated façade surfaces — strengthens the connection to the wooded context. Vertical green walls and dense living hedges ensure seamless integration into the landscape while providing privacy and contributing to a comfortable microclimate. Generous floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the interiors toward nature and allows deep penetration of natural daylight. The architectural composition balances clear geometry with an organic presence, creating an atmosphere of permanence, warmth, and contemporary luxury. The building stands as an example of balanced contemporary design — respectful of its context, driven by an innovative façade concept, and committed to achieving harmony between architecture and nature.
