The project is inspired by nature - the natural forms, the mountains in the region and the relief on the plot itself. The master plan is organized in such a way that all the buildings individually have their own character and at the same time are in a harmonious and consistent relationship with each other, forming a common flowing structure. The plastic forms of buildings, alleys and green areas follow the natural form of the relief within the plot.
Concept
Most of the buildings have a 180 degree view.
Unique Design
The glazing of the buildings ensures a view of the incredible landscape in the surrounding area in every season. Most of the buildings even have a 180 degree view. In addition to the many new green areas, the complex includes a restaurant, an infinity pool, a second pool and individual jacuzzies. The plastic forms of the roofs enter the interior space and naturally create a plastic environment, richly glazed in the direction of natural features.
